About 15 years ago I walked by the river outside Mells, by the ruined ironworks, and was amazed by the carpets of bluebells. Each year I have gone back but always miss them.I went there today; only a few bluebells, but masses of wild garlic. Can anyone let me know when the bluebells come out this year? Thanks, Binkie.
