I read somewhere that virgin is going to come out a phone for low-income people, has anyone heard anything about it? Supposedly its like 120 minutes for only 10 dollars. I dont really know the whole details but im trying. I rumors though that its only certain areas. But either way, i think the plan sounds really good but i think they need to offer it to everyone, its tough times for everyone not just low-income people, comin virgin cut everyone a break.
