A neighbour of mine owns a small field (in a greenbelt area)
He has covered about 1/3 of it with hardcore and some tarmac, has placed the back of a lorry in the centre, installs a stove and tags on a lean too hut made with odd bits of timber.
He uses the back of the lorry has a store for his business as a drainage and groundworks contractor. he generally parks 2 small wagons, a large van, trailer, small digger and other misc. vehicles on the site. He creates a nuisense by emiting smoke from his stove. and using petrol power tools and generators on site.

The site is an eyesore and a nuisense and it has spoilt my quality of life as well seriously reducing the value of my property. I have complained to the local planning who refuse to take action stating that its use is compatible with that of a small holding. Is their any other action I can take?

Many thanks for reading
