A friend has a 1973 65hp outboard. Last time he launched he was in reverse when the motor popped up and the prop came out of the water. Now he has only reverse, no forward. Any idea what is wrong? Also, how do you drop the lower end? He says he removed all the bolts he could find but it wont come apart. Thanks for any help.
