Assalam o Alaikum

This very topic will deal with a simple conception of believing in MIRACLES DESCRIBED IN THE HOLY QURAN.

There's a new trend that all Miracles given to Prophets of Allah were 'not' Miracles' because Allah doesn't change his LAW for anybody.... even Prophets.
(well..they themselves are ignorant about many hidden laws of nature, just like all of us, as only Allah is the knower of the unseen)

On account of this concept some people are trying to prove that Mary a.s. was NOT A VIRGIN when she concieved Jesus a.s.

They certianly have found an 'easy' way to defeat Christianity, no doubt, but the interesting thing is they are USING BIBLE TO PROVE QURAN WRONG, in their efforts.,,and they like to be 'questioned'!!!!!!!

Al-Quran says;

1-La tuk-tu-mul Haqqa (Don't hide the Truth)
2-La tulbisul Haqqa bil baatele (Don't mix up Truth with Falsehood)

So as usual, I will not depend upon any historical or scientific explanations to prove them wrong..

I will only be taking the help from QURAN..as much as I understand it..to challenge them, Inshallah!

In the meanwhile, I request the interested readers to kindly go through Surah Anbiyah (Prophets) and Surah Mariyum (Mary) in the Holy Quran.

Surah Al-Barooj:

85:21] Bal huwa qur-anun majeedun بَلْ هُوَ قُرْآنٌ مَّجِيدٌ

Rather, this is a Glorious Qur'an,


[85:22] Fee lawhin mahfoothin فِي لَوْحٍ مَّحْفُوظٍ

(Inscribed) in a Tablet Preserved!

1- Is there any PROOF from SCIENCE and HISTORY ....why a BOOK should be MEMORIZED.....by a HUMAN MIND...especailly IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE????????????????

2- Why Allah chose an UN-LETTERED person to SPEAK HIS HIGH QUALITY WORDS OF WISDOM??????????????

Surah Al e Imraan (Amramites) 3:183,184

ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَهِدَ إِلَيۡنَآ أَلَّا نُؤۡمِنَ لِرَسُولٍ حَتَّىٰ يَأۡتِيَنَا بِقُرۡبَانٍ۬ تَأۡڪُلُهُ ٱلنَّارُ‌ۗ قُلۡ قَدۡ جَآءَكُمۡ رُسُلٌ۬ مِّن قَبۡلِى بِٱلۡبَيِّنَـٰتِ وَبِٱلَّذِى قُلۡتُمۡ فَلِمَ قَتَلۡتُمُوهُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَـٰدِقِينَ

3:183 (The same are) those who say: Lo! Allah hath charged us that we believe not in any messenger until he bring us an offering which fire (from heaven) shall devour. Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Messengers came unto you before me with miracles, and with that (very miracle) which ye describe. Why then did ye slay them ? (Answer that) if ye are truthful!

3:184 And if they deny thee, even so did they deny messengers who were before thee, who came with miracles and with the Psalms and with the Scripture giving light.

3:183 They (also) said: "God took our promise not to believe in an apostle unless He showed us a sacrifice consumed by Fire (From heaven)." Say: "There came to you apostles before me, with clear Signs and even with what ye ask for: why then did ye slay them, if ye speak the truth?"


3:184 Then if they reject thee, so were rejected apostles before thee, who came with Clear Signs, Books of dark prophecies, and the Book of Enlightenment.

The Arabic phrase 'Bil Bayyinaat' بِٱلۡبَيِّنَـٰتِ has been translated as.... 'with' Miracles/Signs/Clear Proofs/Clear Arguments etc...

All Prophets of Allah were given 'something special' which dominated them against their adveraries of that SPECIFIC TIME.

Surah Al-Anbiyya (Prophets)

21:51 And certainly We gave to Ibrahim his rectitude before, and We knew him fully well.
21:52 When he said to his father and his people: What are these images to whose worship you cleave?
21:53 They said: We found our fathers worshiping them.
21:54 He said: Certainly you have been, (both) you and your fathers, in manifest error.
21:55 They said: Have you brought to us the truth, or are you one of the triflers?
21:56 He said: Nay! your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, Who brought them into existence, and I am of those who bear witness to this:
21:57 And, by Allah! I will certainly do something against your idols after you go away, turning back.
21:58 So he broke them into pieces, except the chief of them, that haply they may return to it.
21:59 They said: Who has done this to our gods? Most surely he is one of the unjust.
21:60 They said: We heard a youth called Ibrahim speak of them.
21:61 Said they: Then bring him before the eyes of the people, perhaps they may bear witness.
21:62 They said: Have you done this to our gods, O Ibrahim?
21:63 He said: Surely (some doer) has done it; the chief of them is this, therefore ask them, if they can speak.
21:64 Then they turned to themselves and said: Surely you yourselves are the unjust;
21:65 Then they were made to hang down their heads: Certainly you know that they do not speak.
21:66 He said: What! do you then serve besides Allah what brings you not any benefit at all, nor does it harm you?
21:67 Fie on you and on what you serve besides Allah; what! do you not then understand?
21:68 They said: Burn him and help your gods, if you are going to do (anything).
21:69 We said: O fire! be a comfort and peace to Ibrahim;
21:70 And they desired a war on him, but We made them the greatest losers.

What other meanings should we take out of it, other than that the Fire-Worshippers wanted to burn Ibrahim in Fire, but the Fire couldn't do it, although it was meant to burn, because Fire was not GOD?

Surah A-Aaraf (Purgatory)


7:104 And Musa said: O Firon! surely I am an apostle from the Lord of the worlds:
7:105 (I am) worthy of not saying anything about Allah except the truth: I have come to you indeed with clear proof from your Lord, therefore send with me the children of Israel
7:106 He said: If you have come with a sign, then bring it, if you are of the truthful ones.
7:107 So he threw his rod, then lo! it was a clear serpent.
7:108 And he drew forth his hand, and lo! it was white to the beholders.
7:109 The chiefs of Firon's people said: most surely this is an enchanter possessed of knowledge:
7:110 He intends to turn you out of your land. What counsel do you then give?
7:111 They said: Put him off and his brother, and send collectors into the cities:
7:112 That they may bring to you every enchanter possessed of knowledge.
7:113 And the enchanters came to Firon (and) said: We must surely have a reward if we are the prevailing ones.
7:114 He said: Yes, and you shall certainly be of those who are near (to me).
7:115 They said: O Musa! will you cast, or shall we be the first to cast?
7:116 He said: Cast. So when they cast, they deceived the people's eyes and frightened them, and they produced a mighty enchantment.
7:117 And We revealed to Musa, saying: Cast your rod; then lo! it devoured the lies they told.
7:118 So the truth was established, and what they did became null.
7:119 Thus they were vanquished there, and they went back abased.


How was Pharoah defeated....What do you want to believe in???????????

Surah Al Miadah (Feast) ............Pickthall

5:110 When Allah saith: O Jesus, son of Mary! Remember My favour unto thee and unto thy mother; how I strengthened thee with the holy Spirit, so that thou spakest unto mankind in the cradle as in maturity; and how I taught thee the Scripture and Wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and how thou didst shape of clay as it were the likeness of a bird by My permission, and didst blow upon it and it was a bird by My permission, and thou didst heal him who was born blind and the leper by My permission; and how thou didst raise the dead by My permission; and how I restrained the Children of Israel from (harming) thee when thou camest unto them with clear proofs, and those of them who disbelieved exclaimed: This is naught else than mere magic;


5:111 And when I inspired the disciples, (saying): Believe in Me and in My messenger, they said: We believe. Bear witness that we have surrendered (unto Thee) "we are muslims".

Which way would you like to believe?

Now I will refer to some happenings which are regarded as 'miracles' of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.

ٱقۡتَرَبَتِ ٱلسَّاعَةُ وَٱنشَقَّ ٱلۡقَمَرُ (١) وَإِن يَرَوۡاْ ءَايَةً۬ يُعۡرِضُواْ وَيَقُولُواْ سِحۡرٌ۬ مُّسۡتَمِرٌّ۬ (٢

54:1 The hour drew nigh and the moon did rend asunder.

54:2 And if they see a miracle they turn aside and say: Transient magic.

Similarly although we don't find the Miraaj(Ascension) as explained in Hadith but we find some clues of the spiritual experiences Muhammad s.a.w. had had.
They are in in Surah Bani Israel(2) and in Surah Najm (1-18),seperately.)

The point is ,that for Muhammad's Time all that Allah desired was a MIRACULOUS BOOK...so the other things are not accountable as such.

So EVERYTHING happened with ALLAH'S PERMISSION ONLY, to give VICTORY to ALLAH'S MESSEGERS.

Now coming back to my main objective.

What does The Quran report about Mary a.s.

Surah Mariyam (Mary) ..........Shakir

19:16 And mention Marium in the Book when she drew aside from her family to an eastern place;
19:17 So she took a veil (to screen herself) from them; then We sent to her Our spirit, and there appeared to her a well-made man.
19:18 She said: Surely I fly for refuge from you to the Beneficent God, if you are one guarding (against evil).
19:19 He said: I am only a messenger of your Lord: That I will give you a pure boy.
19:20 She said: When shall I have a boy and no mortal has yet touched me, nor have I been unchaste?
19:21 He said: Even so; your Lord says: It is easy to Me: and that We may make him a sign to men and a mercy from Us, and it is a matter which has been decreed.
19:22 So she conceived him; then withdrew herself with him to a remote place.
19:23 And the throes (of childbirth) compelled her to betake herself to the trunk of a palm tree. She said: Oh, would that I had died before this, and had been a thing quite forgotten!
19:24 Then (the child) called out to her from beneath her: Grieve not, surely your Lord has made a stream to flow beneath you;
19:25 And shake towards you the trunk of the palmtree, it will drop on you fresh ripe dates:
19:26 So eat and drink and refresh the eye. Then if you see any mortal, say: Surely I have vowed a fast to the Beneficent God, so I shall not speak to any man today.
19:27 And she came to her people with him, carrying him (with her). They said: O Marium! surely you have done a strange thing.
19:28 O sister of Haroun! your father was not a bad man, nor, was your mother an unchaste woman.
19:29 But she pointed to him. They said: How should we speak to one who was a child in the cradle?
19:30 He said: Surely I am a servant of Allah; He has given me the Book and made me a prophet;
19:31 And He has made me blessed wherever I may be, and He has enjoined on me prayer and poor-rate so long as I live;
19:32 And dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me insolent, unblessed;
19:33 And peace on me on the day I was born, and on the day I die, and on the day I am raised to life.
19:34 Such is Isa, son of Marium; (this is) the saying of truth about which they dispute.
19:35 It beseems not Allah that He should take to Himself a ! son, glory to be Him; when He has decreed a matter He only says to it "Be," and it is.
19:36 And surely Allah is my Lord and your Lord, therefore serve Him; this is the right path.
19:37 But parties from among them disagreed with each other, so woe to those who disbelieve, because of presence on a great
19:38 How clearly shall they hear and how clearly shall they see on the day when they come to Us; but the unjust this day are in manifest error.
19:39 And warn them of the day of intense regret, when the matter shall have been decided; and they are (now) in negligence and they do not believe.
19:40 Surely We inherit the earth and all those who are on it, and to Us they shall be returned.

Cross-Examination:

19:19 He said: I am only a messenger of your Lord: That I will give you a pure boy.
19:20 She said: When shall I have a boy and no mortal has yet touched me, nor have I been unchaste?

The Angel of Allah who came as a Messenger to Mary ..came with the GOOD NEWS OF HER CONCEPTION.

He didn't come to tell her that after some time when she will have that Pure Boy, when she will get married to some one named 'Joseph' as mentioned in Bible and some Muslims are referring/insisting to Mary's-Supposedly-Future-Marraige on his behalf.

When Allah's Messenger(Angel) came to Moses a.s. and Muhammad s.a.w .He told them a GOOD NEWS that 'They were chosen as a Messanger"...not that they will be chosen , somtimes after...

....that's the only reason she became sad and startled..How could that might had happened to her, when no man had ever come near...?

Otherwise she should have been given some clue..that it will happen later when she will get married....so she should not worry too much...

But the Angel didn't say such things to her...on the contrary..He explained that it's NOT DIFFICULT FOR ALLAH TO DO SO....as Allah wanted to show those people his SIGN, who were playing GODS..

19:21 He said: Even so; your Lord says: It is easy to Me: and that We may make him a sign to men and a mercy from Us, and it is a matter which has been decreed.
19:22 So she conceived him; then withdrew herself with him to a remote place.

But at the time of CHILD-BIRTH , a real-depressing event in a mother's life...

( It's said medically that the pain of child-birth and some heart-attacks is the strongest)

...so at that time all she had in her mind was a REGRET...she preferred death over the humiliations she was about to face...

19:23 And the throes (of childbirth) compelled her to betake herself to the trunk of a palm tree. She said: Oh, would that I had died before this, and had been a thing quite forgotten!

So if she just peacefully got married to Joseph , then why was she so upset???????????

They say it was only because she broke the shrine's rule..and got married agianst the law...

Do you think it could be the only reason?
If it was..then the problem should have been rectified..sooner or later...but it didn't...

People kept blaming and harrassing her.....

well some says it happened sometimes later when Jesus grew up...but does it matter...!

Now what did Jesus say to them...read carefully..

19:31 And He has made me blessed wherever I may be, and He has enjoined on me prayer and poor-rate so long as I live;
19:32 And dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me insolent, unblessed;

Allah has made me kind/dutiful to MY MOTHER...He didn't say MY PARENTS..


19:33 And peace on me on the day I was born, and on the day I die, and on the day I am raised to life.
19:34 Such is Isa, son of Marium; (this is) the saying of truth about which they dispute.

I am BORN and will DIE..and finally will be RESURRECTED ON THE DAY OF JUDGMENT.

(21:7 And We did not send before you any but men to whom We sent revelation, so ask the followers of the reminder if you do not
21:8 And We did not make them bodies not eating the food, and they were not to abide (forever). Surah Anbiyah (Prophets))

For those who were in doubt about his birth ..that if he didn't have a biological father then he might be GOD'SON ...he said...


19:35 It beseems not Allah that He should take to Himself a ! son, glory to be Him; when He has decreed a matter He only says to it "Be," and it is.
19:36 And surely Allah is my Lord and your Lord, therefore serve Him; this is the right path.

No...No Not at all it's just against Allah's GLORY to have a SON...He just said BE ...and I BECAME...!!!!!!

One important point:

People who are mixing up Bible and Quran are giving this argument about the following Ayat....

3:59 Surely the likeness of Isa(Jesus) is with Allah as the likeness of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him, Be, and he was.

....as ..they say that Jesus can't be like Adam , since Adam had no parents at all..Allah meant to say He was ADAMI (A HUMAN)...

Okay..all I would say is ..it's nothing but a bad joke...!!!

Allah created Adam without parents and he was a complete HUMAN..A MAN..with XY chromosomes..

If Jesus was without Y , then he might be X0..which means a Genetic Syndrome (AN ABNORMAL HUMAN-BEING)

so Allah made him a COMPLETE /HEALTHY HUMAN WITHOUT FATHER...A SIGN!

Well Allah didn't contribute His Y Chromosome , either..He doesn't have one!!!!!!!!!!!!

plus...who knows if Jesus was completely a human XY , just like Adam, without any contribution of her mother , either..

Allah knows better...

All I wanted to say to them who have challenged Quran on account of a reference from Bible ...are 'mixing-up'..indeed!

Addition: They also say that Allah called Jesus ,'The Son Of Mary' only because the father was un-important, but I ask these two questions to them.

1- Has Allah ever done this before, for any other Prophet's Mother?

2- Okay Allah knows that father was un-important, but for a child both parents are equally important , then why did Jesus say 'I am kind/dutiful to my mother'???

Through out the whole Quran Allah repeats, Jesus the son of Mary, Mary and her son, Jesus and her mother etc....can't they 'see'.....????????????

36:36 Glory to Him Who has created PAIRS OF EVERYTHING that the earth grows, and of themselves, and of things they have no knowledge yet.

Surah 49 verse 13

49:13 O Mankind! Indeed, We have created you male and female, and have made you nations and tribes so that you might (affectionately) come to know one another. Surely, the most honoured among you, in the Sight of God, is the one who is best in conduct. Indeed, God is Knower, Aware.


19:7 He was told, “O Zachariah! We give you the good news of a boy whose name shall be Yahya (John the Baptist). We have never given this name to anyone before.” [19:65]

19:8 Zachariah exclaimed, "MY LORD! HOW CAN I HAVE A SON when my wife is barren and I am already infirm with old age?"

19:9 He said: Thus it is. Your Lord says, “It is easy for Me. I created you before, and you were nothing."


Did Zachariah say “how can I conceive since I am a man?” Allah told him he was to have a son, in your understanding this means that he must become pregnant!

But where did Jesus ever use this ‘sign’ as proof of anything? Where does it lead us to believe in this so-called miracle? Nowhere!

Why would she be upset if Allah had impregnated her? If I was spoken to by Allah and told to do something, I would not complain! Would you?

Sister of Haroun means she belonged to the Jewish priestly caste and was expected to remain dedicated to the Temple where her mother put her.

Prohibited to you (For marriage) are:- Your mothers, daughters, sisters; father's sisters, Mother's sisters; brother's daughters, sister's daughters; foster-mothers (Who gave you suck), foster-sisters; your wives' mothers; your step-daughters under your guardianship, born of your wives to whom ye have gone in,- no prohibition if ye have not gone in;- (Those who have been) wives of your sons proceeding from your loins; and two sisters in wedlock at one and the same time, except for what is past; for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful;-

I am not allowed to marry the women prohibited above, so that means I can marry my father, my Brother, or any man since the Quran does not mention in these verses any prohibition on them! Utter nonsense, of course, but your reason can see this and not the other beliefs which are false and are impacting your understanding of the Quran.

30. To David We gave Solomon (for a son),- How excellent in Our service! Ever did he turn (to Us)!

So David had a son, he became pregnant, another miracle for a Prophet! No mother mentioned here, why not?

Why is the fact that the Father of Jesus is not mentioned is so important to you that it leads to virgin births, but when other idiosyncrasies are seen nothing is made of them?


19:33 And peace on me on the day I was born, and on the day I die, and on the day I am raised to life.
19:34 Such is Isa, son of Marium; (this is) the saying of truth about which they dispute.

I am BORN and will DIE..and finally will be RESURRECTED ON THE DAY OF JUDGMENT.


19:33 was spoken by Jesus while alive, this next was spoken by John the Baptist, Yahya:-

Surah 19 verse 15:-

“Blessed be the day that he was born, the day he dies and the day he will be raised up again”

So what? Jesus was born, he lived, he died and will be raised up on Judgement day along with all the rest of us.

For those who were in doubt about his birth ..that if he didn't have a biological father then he might be GOD'SON ...he said...


19:35 It beseems not Allah that He should take to Himself a ! son, glory to be Him; when He has decreed a matter He only says to it "Be," and it is.
19:36 And surely Allah is my Lord and your Lord, therefore serve Him; this is the right path.

No...No Not at all it's just against Allah's GLORY to have a SON...He just said BE ...and I BECAME...!!!!!!

Surah 6

6:101 Wonderful Originator of the heavens and the earth; how can He have a son when He never chose for Himself a mate? He creates all things (and does not procreate 112:3.) and He is the Profound Knower of all things and events.


Allah has no son because He has no wife. Therefore Jesus cannot be His son, nor can he be created differently because:-


Surah 112

Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;

Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;

HE BEGETS NOT, NOR IS HE BEGOTTEN;

And there is none like unto Him.

This means no impregnating earthly females, this belongs to Greek culture, and then taken up by Christians, and then taken up by hadith loving Muslims. Allah nowhere mentions that the 'virgin birth is a sign', it is the example of Jesus' life deeds that is an example; kind, follows Allah, etc.

One important point:

People who are mixing up Bible and Quran are giving this argument about the following Ayat....

3:59 Surely the likeness of Isa(Jesus) is with Allah as the likeness of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him, Be, and he was.

....as ..they say that Jesus can't be like Adam , since Adam had no parents at all..Allah meant to say He was ADAMI (A HUMAN)...

Okay..all I would say is ..it's nothing but a bad joke...!!!

Allah created Adam without parents and he was a complete HUMAN..A MAN..with XY chromosomes..
Adam has been allegorically described in the Quran, not a single human being.

If Jesus was without Y , then he might be X0..which means a Genetic Syndrome (AN ABNORMAL HUMAN-BEING)

so Allah made him a COMPLETE /HEALTHY HUMAN WITHOUT FATHER...A SIGN!

Well Allah didn't contribute His Y Chromosome , either..He doesn't have one!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I wanted to say to them who have challenged Quran on account of a reference from Bible ...are 'mixing-up'..indeed!

Addition: They also say that Allah called Jesus ,'The Son Of Mary' only because the father was un-important, but I ask these two questions to them.

1- Has Allah ever done this before, for any other Prophet's Mother?

2- Okay Allah knows that father was un-important, but for a child both parents are equally important , then why did Jesus say 'I am kind/dutiful to my mother'???

Through out the whole Quran Allah repeats, Jesus the son of Mary, Mary and her son, Jesus and her mother etc....can't they 'see'.....????????????

The Quran does not say where his father was, whether he was alive or dead so mere speculation is futile. Mary was the significant figure and that is why the Quran only mentions her.

Mr. JA said He doesn't believe in what is written in the Bible while at his forum he and his 'Leaders' are proving that Mary was engaged to Joseph according to Bible and it seems they got married and had Jesus as their son, LATER.

According to his new position he has taken, he has claimed that he said 'the natural birth' only, which is obviusly against the Bible....but later you can see he is not CONVICED BY THE QURAN, EITHER...as he has argued with the help of Quran...like this...

He has mixed up the case of birth of Yahya a.s. and Jesus a.s...

giving example of Zachariah a.s.

That Zachariah and his wife were old and when he was given the news of a boy in old age ..he said..according to Quran

19:7 He was told, “O Zachariah! We give you the good news of a boy whose name shall be Yahya (John the Baptist). We have never given this name to anyone before.” [19:65]

19:8 Zachariah exclaimed, "MY LORD! HOW CAN I HAVE A SON when my wife is barren and I am already infirm with old age?"

19:9 He said: Thus it is. Your Lord says, “It is easy for Me. I created you before, and you were nothing."

Now Mr.JA says after quoting the above Ayaat...

"Did Zachariah say “how can I conceive since I am a man?” Allah told him he was to have a son, in your understanding this means that he must become pregnant! JA"

This situation SUPPORTS the 'DIFFERENT CASES' of YAHYA AND JESUS...rather being the NORMAL CASES..that's why Allah says ...don't worry I CAN DO IT.

There is no need to tell Allah that he has done somthing SPECIAL for their Messengers...that he has made PAIRS of everyting etc..there are many creatures who are uni-sexual and hermaphrodite (having both sexes in one individaul) too..

My Reply: Jesus didn't USE or took advantage of him being a Miracle Child...because HE WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO...haha..

Mary was a woman too..don't forget it..this shows how burndened she was with that un-expected resposibility. All Messengers were tested like this , even Abrahim a. s. was attempted to be mislead by the Satan...etc..

In other words Mr. JA accepted that she was given 'something specail' from Allah.

I didn't ask Mr. JA to explain what 'Sister of Harun' means..he attempted to distract the readers only...to their story of Shrine's Rules according to Bible....

My Reply: I strongly feel that Mr JA has made many 'un-necessary comparison' from Quran to prove him-self Mr.Right for his own sake and for the sake of his Boss at the forum, yet he couldn't succeed.

He is trying to see that historical event just as an ordinary case, which has already been reversing the spinning course of the world of religions for centuries.

May Allah guide us all to the correct understanding of His Message.

The problem is that OURBEACON people believe in the mis-interpreted Quran called QXP and they will never come out of their 'wells'. They have mixed-up the Truth with the Falsehood and have no straight way out of it,now.How can they face the real world they regard as Number 2!
