Induction refers to an orientation programme where new individual in an organization are introduce to the norms, values, ethic, lows, and proceduces of an organization. the effort is undertaking to make new member encultured / adopt the environmen easily

The main idea for inducting new employee is in general to make him familiar with the organizational procedure at a shorte period so as to achieve the expected productivity easily.

Induction is conducted to the neww employees while assimililation a kind of sensitization progrmmes conducted for the existing employee in an organization to make them more ducated on some inportant issues espicially when there is intention to introduce new technology or programmes.
