1) I am interested in positioning certain object at the "L" point - starting from the earths surface(where earths and suns gravitational effects cancel out.

How much energy is required /kg to do this?

2)Could an object with a low (anti-gravitational) thrust reach the L point even if it took a very long time (several years) to do it?
