Is it legal for a company not to give the whole amount of 13th month pay? because my friends are complaining about this to their company. Because they only got half of it and the remaining half will be given but they will able to get it next year on month of January or February.?
They said the company did this because they were afraid to their staffs to resign after getting the 13th month salary pay.
