03 crown victoria police intercepter. trans went. swapped with another 03 trans. speedometer is working but is way slower then actual speed. wondering if it's a bad trans also or is there another issue. speedometer is not working properly thus the trans is not shifting correctly. any suggestion would be appreciated.
