Tucana (pronouced too kan' uh) is the 48th largest constellation in the night sky with an area of 295 square degrees. The name of this constellation means Toucan.

Location:
Tucana is located at RA 0 h and Declination -65°. Tucana is best seen between the latitudes +25° and -90° in the month of November. Tucana is adjacent to the following constellations: Eridanus, Grus, Hydrus, Indus, Octans, Phoenix.
