an area of 889 square degrees. The name of Pisces means Fishes.
Location:
Pisces is located at Right Ascension 1 h and Declination +15°.
It is best seen between latitudes +90° and -65° in the November.
Pisces is bordered by the following constellations: Andromeda,
Aquarius,
Aries,
Cetus,
Pegasus,
Triangulum.
Stars:
Pisces contains within its borders about 50 visible stars. The principal star of Pisces is Formalhaut. The brightest of Pisces's stars is Van Maanen's Star (14.1 ly).
