Cassiopeia (pronouced kass ee oh pee' uh) is the 25th largest constellation in the night sky with an area of 598 square degrees. The name of this constellation means Queen.

Location:
Cassiopeia is located at RA 1 h and Declination +60°. Cassiopeia is best seen between the latitudes +90° and -20° in the month of November. Cassiopeia is adjacent to the following constellations: Andromeda, Camelopardalis, Cepheus, Lacerta, Perseus.
