an area of 722 square degrees. The name of Andromeda means Chained Lady.
Location:
Andromeda is located at RA 1 h and Declination +40°.
It is best seen between latitudes +90° and -40° in the November.
Andromeda is adjacent to the following constellations: Cassiopeia,
Lacerta,
Pegasus,
Perseus,
Pisces,
Triangulum.
