Why does the encyclopdia say that DYS390=23 mutation is not associated with the Finnic languages speakers? This is wrong.

Among the N1c1-haplogroup in Finland, DYS390=23 is a common mutation among the Finns Proper and Tavastians (most Finns belong into these two tribes). And they certainly are Finnic language speakers.

DYS390=24 is common among the people of Eastern Finland, the Karelians and the Savolax tribes.

As you see, almost everyone has DYS390=23.

Put them on the map, by selecting the subclade 16 and see about 90% of them are in Finland.
