Well, I made a very big mistake out of love and care. My boyfriend (now ex) needed financial help so I eneded up lending him $27 000 and he has agreed to sign a loan note as well as give me one of his cars as collateral. Well, it has been two months and now he is saying he will not sign any papers. He got $11 000 in cash and $16 000 by check which he deposited to his business account, which means that I can retrieve his banking info and prove that money did go to him.How can I get my money back?? I have to represent myself since I can't afford any more expenses. Can someone guide me where to start?
