On 1 of the New RuPaul VH1 shows (Omg..Love RuPaul.. so much class!!!!) One of the *Girls* was applying her make-up...(the heavier set gal...which she ended up being eliminated that episode..loved her!!! ) I can't remember how it all came about but again, when she was applying her make-up she didn't blend/rub the makeup in right away, instead someone said she was letting it *Cook*... what does that mean? I've tried to look the term up all over the web and to my huge surprise nothing Googled. Again...I'm shocked because the way it was said was as if everyone should know that term. I put in Google.. *Cosmetics, cook, define?* Which btw... You can actually define me as *Curiosity that killed the cat* lol I've been trying to get an answer to this question since I watched the 1st episode of that particular show..which was 2 wks ago I believe. I don't want to die, nor do I want this to haunt me forever... SOMEONE HELP ME UNDERSTAND!!! lol
